VIDEO: One Simple Way To Improve Posture

The multitude of inputs that affect our body’s resting position include ergonomics at your work station, breathing patterns, the nature of your exercise program, how you sleep, your emotional state, past trauma, and the list goes on. At the same time, we need to remember that posture is a habit. So it’s absolutely feasible to build more awareness about our body’s alignment and to work on influencing it in a positive direction.
