VIDEO: If You Have Tight Quads... Stop Stretching And Do This Instead

Stretching can be great! So is self massage! They can work wonders in the right situation.

But sometimes, we need to strengthen to get more flexible. Sometimes a muscle is tight because it's weak at the end range of motion. Because it's weak, it stiffens and prevents movement in a full range.

If that's the case, what to do?

We need to develop more strength and body control by loading the joint and exercising it through a full range of motion, under control.

In this case, I've been using a very simple to improve the mobility of my quads, and it's been working incredibly well. This video explains the protocol.
